A.M.A. S.p.A. has finalized the acquisition of the Agriculture division of C.M.R. Group S.p.A. Costruzioni Meccaniche Reggiane, further strengthening its position as a leader in components and solutions for Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV) and agricultural machinery. Announced in November 2024 with the signing of a binding agreement, the acquisition was completed on February 13, 2025.

The acquired division brings to A.M.A. highly specialized expertise in the design, production, and marketing of gears, reducers, and cardan shafts, expanding our ability to provide innovative and high-performance solutions for agriculture, forestry, and gardening.

The acquisition was financed by a pool of banks, including Banco BPM S.p.A., Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A., and UniCredit S.p.A.
