MODULAR STEERING
COLUMN
Modular steering column
The modular steering column is a customizable multifunction column that offers a wide range of settings. The modules are easily adjustable in order to facilitate the operator while working; for example, the display module can be conveniently moved from right to left and vice versa (with respect to the steering wheel) and it can be tilted to the greatest extreme, all thanks to the upper lever located in the middle of the central column, operated by a special button.
The command module can be adjusted upwards or downwards as desired. The steering wheel itself is equipped with telescopic adjustment
At the base of the column there is a lower lever that makes it possible to tilt the upper part of the turret by 5 degrees towards the windshield, and by 20 degrees towards the operator, thanks to a special pedal.
The primary objective we have focused on is the comfort that the operator achieves while driving thanks to the many adjustments made, allowing him/her to carry out the activity with a greater degree of concentration and safety.

- Plastic covers made via injection moulding (design and tools are property of AMA SpA)

- Accommodation for multifunctional dashboard with 8 different customizable functions + hazard lights button
- Accommodation for instrumentation to be chosen from the available AMA models or per customer request
- Accommodation for 1 or 2 stalk switch
- Option for wiring harness (standar or customized)
- Option for courtesy light (LED) for pedal lighting
Dual Telescopic adjustment:
- Steering wheel + Stalk switch block adjustment (adjustment range: 100mm) operated by a dedicated knob located onto steering wheel hub
- Instrumentation + Multifunctional dashboard adjustment operated by a dedicated push lever
Doppia regolazione telescopica:
- Regolazione volante + blocco devio (Intervallo di regolazione 100mm) sbloccabile tramite tappo volante
- Regolazione blocco strumentazione + plancia multifunzionale sbloccabile tramite maniglia a pressione
Multi-Tilt adjustment :
- Lower pivot located at the base of the column (adjustment angle= 20°toward operator) operated by a dedicated foot pedal
- Upper pivot located at mid column length (adjustment angle= 20°toward operator) operated by a dedicated push button
- Adjustment pivot of multifunctional dashboard (30° upward referring to the horizontal plane , 35° downward referring to the horizontal plane) operated by a dedicated adjustment wheel
- Vertical adjustment pivot of instrumentation (30° upward referring to the horizontal plane, 10° downward referring to the horizontal plane) operated by a dedicated push lever
- Rotation adjustment pivot of instrumentation (+/- 8° referred to its axis) operated by a dedicated push lever
- Horizontal adjustment pivot of instrumentation (20° to the right ; 20° to the left) operated by a dedicated push lever
