AMA S.p.A. has signed a binding agreement for the purchase of the agricultural division of C.M.R. Group S.p.A.

AMA S.p.A. has signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of the agricultural division of C.M.R. Group S.p.A. Costruzioni Meccaniche Reggiane, active in the design and production of gearboxes, reduction gears and cardan shafts for agricultural, forestry and gardening machinery.
The operation represents an important strategic move in boosting its competitiveness and continuing growth through external lines.

The transaction will be financed through a medium to long-term bank loan from a pool of banks consisting of Banco BPM, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Crédit Agricole Italia and UniCredit.
